Consultation is now closed
The CER has today, 27th April 2017, published a decision on a revised set of customer performance indicators against which the CER will monitor the performance of Gas Networks Ireland as part of its forthcoming Price Control (PC4). As part of that revenue review, the CER is proposing that some of the revenues that GNI obtain will be specifically linked to how well it performs against the revised set of customer performance indicators. The purpose of this Decision Paper is to outline the key customer performance indicators that the CER intends to use to monitor the performance of GNI. The next step will be to determine the financial incentive which will be placed against each key performance indicator, this will be consulted upon within the gas price control (PC4) consultation process due to commence in May 2017.
