The Commission publishes a range of reports and documents relating to its functions. This section contains corporate reports only. Other reports can be accessed in our information centre.
Annual Reports
The CER prepares and publishes an annual report each year. The report describes the work of the Commission over the calendar year and sets out the work programme for the coming year. The report is presented to the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources who lays it before the Oireachtas. It is then published by CER in hard copy and here on our website.
The Commission also keeps financial accounts and these are audited each year by the Comptroller and Auditor General. The accounts are also laid before the Oireachtas and published each year.
