The Commission has today (17th October 2007) published a decision paper on the consequential changes to the Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) decision (CER/06/006) arising from the implementation of the Single Electricity Market.

Consultation Paper
The Commission has today (10 August 2007) published a consultation paper on the potential consequential changes to the Supplier of Last Resort(SoLR) decision (CER/06/006) arising from the implementation of the Single Electricity Market. This paper requests feedback on a series of potential options that change the timing of the SoLR process. Please note that processes will need to be in place for SEM go-live, potentially necessitating temporary SoLR arrangements before the enduring solution is implemented.
