Notification of Public Enquiry relating to Application by EirGrid Plc for a Special Order relating to the Construction of the East West Interconnector

Notice is hereby given that a public enquiry will take place on the application by EirGrid plc. to the Commission for Energy Regulation for a Special Order relating to the construction of the East West Interconnector. This public enquiry related to properties along the proposed East West Interconnector route in Portain, Batterstown, Co. Meath.

The enquiry will take place at Trim Castle Hotel, Trim, Co. Meath on Wednesday 14th April 2010 commencing at 11 a.m.

The Commission has made available the applicable applications and associated maps at Dunshaughlin Garda Station and at the Commission’s offices at The Exchange, Belgard Square North, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
