The Commission has today (3 April 2009) published an information paper on the scope of its forthcoming electricity distribution and transmission revenue review, planned for the 2011 - 2015 period. Comments on this paper will be considered and responded to as appropriate in the PR3 transmission and distribution revenue review cosnultation papers which are due for publication in Q2 2010.
