Following the implementation of authorisation and licence modification procedures described in the Electricity Regulation Act, 1999 (“the Act”), the Commission for Energy Regulation is amending Tradewind Limited’s Authorisation to Construct and Licence to Generate issued under the Act. This is to reflect the increase in capacity of the windfarm from 14MW to 8MW
