Agreement to Reduce ESBs Market Share in the Power Generation Sector
November 29th, 2006 - The Commission and ESB have agreed a programme of measures to reduce ESB’s market share in the Irish generation market. This package will ensure that ESB’s market share is reduced to around 40% in the context of an All-island generation market by 2010.
