Electricity and Gas Customer Disconnections Report January - December 2011: The CER is today (2nd February 2012) publishing the updated Electricity and Gas Market Disconnections Report which contains information on disconnection levels for non payment in the electricity and gas markets covering the period January to December 2011.

Change of Supplier Update: The CER has today (19th January 2012) published an Information Paper on switching activity in the Electricity and Gas Retail Markets. This document provides monthly data on the number of electricity customers who have changed supplier, up until end of December 2011.
