Clarification regarding CRSP for VIPP4 Suppliers and VIPP4 Principles Decision Paper (Non-Green)
The fourth annual VIPP auction (VIPP4) was launched on 8th October 2003. The principles underlining the VIPP4 auction were produced by agreement between CER and ESB Power Generation. The principles were published and consulted upon. This decision paper reflected the outcome of this consultation exercise and concludes on the approach to be used for VIPP4.
