These paper sets out the Commission’s work in relation to the implementation of an entry/exit regime. Such a regime requires the separation of entry and exit capacity in terms of definition, booking, allocation and charging.
The Unified Code of Operations (UCOP) brings into effect the Entry – exit regime. The UCOP was approved by the CER on 25 February 2005. It is published on the Bord Gáis Web site - click here to view.
