The Commission has today (1st December 2008) published it's decision on Bord Gáis Energy Supply NDM Tariffs for 2009. the decision outlines that there will be no increase in tariffs for customers on 1 January 2009.

Consultation

The Commission is today (4 November 2008) publishing for consultation a submission from Bord Gáis Energy Supply outlining the proposed tariffs for its residential and SME customers for the period 1 January 2009 - 30 September 2009.

The Commission welcomes comments to this consultation. Responses should be submitted to Jill Murray (jmurray@cer.ie) before close of business on Monday 24th November 2008. Interested parties are also invited to attend an Open Forum on Electricity and Natural Gas Tariffs on Monday 10th November in the Gresham Hotel, O'Connell Street, Dublin 1 at 10am.
