The CER is today (6th January 2011) publishing a Decision Paper on its Gas Tariff Interim Review 2010-2011. The Paper outlines the CER decision to keep the Bord Gais Energy (BGE) tariffs for Non Daily Metered (NDM) residential and smaller I&C (Industrial and Commerical) customers unchanged for the remainder of the 2010/2011 gas year ending 30th September 2011.

The Paper also details the CER decision on Splitting Gas Tariff Regulation by customer groups.
