The Commission has today (6 February 2009) published the approved method of Transporter Dispersal of third party Rebate of NDM Supply Tariffs.
In decision paper cer08247 the Commission approved the voluntary proposal by Bord Gáis Energy Supply to rebate €8.5 million to NDM customers excluding those on the Fuel Variation Tariff. The rebate is to be redistributed by Gaslink.
This document details the approved method for this dispersal. The Commission is sending a letter to each natural gas supplier to ensure that the rebate is paid to all NDM Residential and Smaller Commercial and Industrial Customers.
