Natural Gas Safety Regulatory Framework - High level Approach

Decision Paper

The CER today (24 October 2007) published its decision paper and accompanying high level implementation timetable for the natural gas safety regulatory framework as provided for under the provisions of the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006. The decision paper takes cognisance of the issues raised by respondents to the consultation paper (07/104). The CER's reponse to the issues raised by respondents is set out below in the Consultation Response Paper (07/173).
