Network Development Plan 2013

As part of the Third Package of energy legislation Directive 2009/73/EC requires the publication of a Network Development Plan which outlines the projected supply and demand scenarios in Ireland over the next ten years.

This consultation forms part of the initial stakeholder inputs into the drafting of the Network Development Plan.

Joint Gas Capacity Statement 2012

The Commission for Energy Regulation and the Utility Regulator are today (20th December 2012) publishing the Joint Gas Capacity Statement 2012.

The Joint Gas Capacity Statement presents as assessment of the ability of the all-island transmission network to meet forecast gas demand and potential supply scenarios over the next ten years (2011/12 to 2020/21).
