The Commission has today (10 November 2008) published the presentations delivered by Bord Gáis Energy Supply (BGE) and ESB Customer Supply (ESB CS) at the Open Forum on Tariffs, which was held in Dublin this morning.

The Commission would like to thank all who attended and participated at the Open Forum. The Commission will now consider all of the views which were expressed at the forum, as part of the consultation process which remains open until 24 November.
The Commission intends to publsih its decision on Bord Gáis and ESB tariffs for 2009, on 1 December 2008.
Announcement
An open forum on electricity and natural gas tariffs for 2009 will be held on Monday 10 November 2008 at 10.00am in the Gresham Hotel, O' Connell Street, Dublin 1. This event is being facilitated by the Commission for Energy Regulation.
Bord Gáis Energy Supply and ESB Customer Supply will present their proposals for tariffs to apply from 1 January 2009.
