The Commission is today (10 August 2009) publishing the presentations delivered by ESB Customer Supply (ESBCS) and Bord Gáis Energy (BGE) at the Open Forum on Tariffs, which was held in Dublin this morning.

The Commission would like to thank all those who attended and participated at the Open Forum. The Commission will consider all views expressed at the forum, as part of the consultation on proposed electricity and natural gas prices to apply from 1 October 2009.
This consultation remains open until 24 August 2009. The Commission intends to publish its decisions in early September.

An open fourm on electricity and natural gas tariffs will be held in the Gresham hotel, Dublin 1, on 10 August 2009.
ESB Customer Supply (ESB CS) and Bord Gáis Energy (BGS) will present their proposals for prices for the tariff year 2009/10.
This forum is open to all members of the public and is free to attend.
