ACER Consultation on Energy Transaction Reporting under REMIT
The CER wishes to draw attention to a current ACER public consultation related to REMIT, which is the new EU Regulation on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency.
This consultation is intended to collect views in relation to the future reporting to ACER of wholesale energy market transactions across the EU - including energy transactions in Ireland - for monitoring. This will feed into ACER's recommendations to the European Commission on the matter.
The closing time/date for comments to this ACER consultation is 12:00 noon, Central European Time, on 31st July.

ACER Consultation on REMIT Registration Format
The CER wishes to draw attention to a current ACER public consultation related to REMIT, which is the new EU Regulation on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency. The ACER consultation is intended to collect views in relation to the proposed "REMIT Registration Format", through which National Regulatory Authorities - including the CER - will transmit information to ACER.
Through the REMIT Registration Format to be decided on by ACER, relevant market participants will have the primary responsibility of registering with the CER.
