Public Service Obligations (PSO) for 2008 - CER Decision

The Commission has today (31 July 2007) published its decision paper on the PSO charges for 2008. This follows the draft decision which was published at the end of June.

The Regulatory Authorities have (CER and the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland) today also published a decision paper on the Approach to Setting the PSO (Public Service Obligation) Benchmark Price in the SEM. This paper contains the both the methodology and the rationale for the approach decided upon, by the Regulatory Authorities. This paper has been published on the All Island Project website and can be accessed via the link below:
